HR Specialist at Chalhoub Group – UAE
-The Human Resources Specialist for Fashion is part of the HRBP team and aligned to support a business portfolio of brands. They are responsible for providing depth support, consultation and advisory to the Brand leaders and their teams to enable and drive business growth through engagement of their teams. The mix of responsibilities will consist of HR consulting including process improvement, operational activities and projects to support excellence in our store operations and ensuring through people we create a full hybrid customer experience. The assonance of the role is centred around the pillars of Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management and being a Change Catalyst. The role holder is also required to have a good handle on HR analytics to interpret and work with their brand leaders to take short and medium term measures to address business challenges in line with their overriding brand strategy.
-The role reports into the Senior HRBP for Fashion however is client facing and embedded in the business. The successful candidate will need to be people oriented with a flair for building trusted relationships at all levels of an organization as well as a healthy curiosity. They will be joining a dynamic team and business where being solutions oriented, focused on results and a great team player are valued. Other attributes required are strong attention to detail and effective multitasking and prioritising This role does come with a career progression ladder so it is essential that the candidate is scalable to move up to the next level in the medium term.
-Education: Bachelor degree in HR, business or any related field
-Previous experience: 6 years of relevant experience in HR
-Languages: English; Arabic and French are a plus
